HOSPITALS         Vera Nursing & Employment Agency has over 20 years experience invoicing NHS Trust hospitals and we are therefore fully equipped and able to accommodate each NHS Trust Hospital’s individual needs. Vera Nursing Agency’s invoicing system is computerized, with all invoices indicating the date printed and a unique invoice number for each NHS Trust Hospital. Other features in the invoice include; week starting, week ending, timesheet ref. no., name of Employee, date of duty, time, pay rate, amount and Agency fee. Each of the nurse’s timesheet is invoiced separately and sent to the respective hospitals on a weekly basis. We also send out monthly statements of accounts to all clients, detailing outstanding invoices and summarizing amount owed. We expect all invoices to be paid within 21 days of receipt and in date order.
